Welcome to the Ecstatic Dance Silent Disco at the Beach!

This is NOT a choreographed dance class.

Ecstatic dance is a free-form dance with the intention of creating somatic awakening.

This type of dance creates a direct body-mind-spirit connection, allowing our body, breath and inner guide to be our own teachers. This is a journey, an authentic movement meditation where ease, presence and bliss can be experienced.

There is no one to impress, our attention is focused inward towards ourselves not on others so you can be yourself, allowing your emotions, dreams and prayers to dance themselves through you, freeing your mind and body while connecting with yourself in a safe and healthy way.

Join us at Aliso Creek Beach, Laguna Beach for a one-of-a-kind experience where you can dance freely to the music in your headphones while enjoying the beautiful sunset on the beach. We have 20 sets of headphones and we will have house techno on one channel and primal on the other.

When you get to Aliso Creek Beach, if you are facing the ocean, we are usually set up to the left of the Lost Pier.

We have a red table set up and there will be people with headphones on their heads or around their necks.
